How do you upload audio files? Do you find this valuable?

Unfortunately, it seems like most of this page is locked right now. But, you can add audio to the few languages at the bottom which are not locked.

To add audio:
- You can use http://soundcloud.com/
- Upload your recording
- Once you've uploaded to soundcould, click on "Share" on the upper left corner of your sound clip on soundcloud
- I would recommend clicking "Customize player" and adding 5FB960 as the color code to make it match wikiradiography
- Copy the embed code

On Wikiradiography,
- Find the place on the page where you want to add the sound clip
- Click "widget"
- Select "other widget"
- Paste the embed code
- Click "add widget"
Do you find this valuable?

One more thing,
I would recommend uploading two separate audio files for each phrase (1. Breathe in and hold your breath 2. Breathe away) so that people who don't speak the language will be able to differentiate between each phrase.
