This 93 year old patient was referred for chest radiography with a history of "? renal failure".
There is evidence of increased bone density
? AC joint changes
Lateral Chest
The increased bone density is clearly seen particularly in the thoracic vertebral bodies (more prominent near endplates)
The appearances are likely to be related to renal osteodystrophy
