She was referred for chest radiography
There is a large retrocardiac density (arrowed) that is likely to represent a hiatus hernia
Lateral
The large retrocardiac density is seen to contain an airfluid level
This appearance is typical of a large hiatus hernia
Collapse/consolidation is not excluded
