There is increased lung density behind the left heart shadow and left hemidiaphragm
Appearances are consistent with consolidation of the posterobasal segment of the LLL.

Lateral Projection

There is loss of visualisation of the left hemidiaphragm (silhouette sign) and increased lung opacity posteriorly particularly projected over the lower thoracic vertebral bodies.
Appearances are consistent with consolidation of the posterobasal segment of the LLL.
