Osteochondroma

Preoperative (left) and postoperative (right) radiographs of the forearm of a 21-year-old woman with multiple osteochondromas and restricted pronation and supination of the forearm. Postoperatively, she regained nearly complete pronation and supination. Arrows indicate the osteochondromas. I was able to witness several cases of osteochondroma while attending clinic as part of my studies at a children's hospital here in Dallas.
