Fetal Renal Tract


Fetal Renal Pelvic Diameter A.P measurement:

  • Normal
    • <4mm at morphology and up to 32 weeks
    • <7mm at or after 32 weeks
  • Mild dilatation
    • >4 and < 7mm at morphology scan
    • >7 and <10mm at or after 32 weeks
    • Post natal follow up required
  • Moderate/marked
  • ≥ 7 mm at morphology
  • >10mm at or after 32 weeks
